The Alliance Fastpitch is excited to spotlight Hannah Camenzind as the March Player of the Month. Camenzind is a pitcher and outfielder on Aces Fastpitch. The Nebraska native is committed to the University of Arkansas and attends Skutt Catholic High School.<\/p>\n

The 2022 standout had an excellent month in March. Camenzind boasted a 0 ERA with 20 strikeouts and a .38 WHIP. At the plate, Camenzind didn\u2019t disappoint with a solid batting average of .412, a .524 OBP, and 6 RBIs.<\/p>\n

The future Razorback credits making her first softball team due to her athleticism. \u201cWhen I was 8, I went to my first tryout,\u201d she said. \u201cI made the team only because I was athletic. I hardly ever played, as I wasn\u2019t very good. I would get in the car and cry and ask my parents why don\u2019t I play. They would tell me I needed to work to get better. Then I worked hard and was able to make the aces and they have helped me get to where I am today.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her favorite softball memory is winning state back-to-back years!<\/p>\n

What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League\u2019s Player of the Month.<\/p>\n

Following the announcement of each League\u2019s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month.<\/p>\n

To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League\u2019s monthly report.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
