The Alliance Fastpitch launched with over 900 registered youth coaches in the first three weeks. As this network continues to grow, our goal as The Alliance Fastpitch is to share the stories, advice, experiences and cultivate a community of learning. 

Our Coach Council is led Nationally by Tony Rico and Mike Stith who each have over 30 years of experience coaching youth softball players including names like Lauren Chamberlain, Amanda Lorenz, Sydney Romero and Sis Bates. Together, they will work with coaches across the country to raise our standards of teaching and help provide support to all coaches. 

Regionally, each Member League is represented by a Coach Council member who helps steer the direction of coach needs in regards to education, resources, and events.
