The Alliance Fastpitch is honored to recognize Aubrey Police (2025) from the Northeastern Fastpitch League (NEFL) as Player of the Month for her remarkable October performance. Aubrey is an outfielder and middle infielder for Team Pennsylvania Hall 18U. This month, batted an awesome .455, using her speed to compliment her performance with 2 triples and 5 stolen bases.

Aubrey Police, a devoted softball player with a journey that began at the age of 3, reflects on her early introduction to the sport through tee ball at the YMCA. Moving on from recreational play, Aubrey’s passion for softball intensified when she joined a local travel team at the age of 10. From that moment onward, her love for the game grew, leading her to transition to a more competitive travel ball team.

Envisioning a future on the college softball stage, Police is committed to becoming the best player and teammate possible. Her motivation extends beyond personal success; every time she steps onto the field, she plays not only for herself but also to make her family, coaches, teammates, and the younger version of herself who fell in love with the game, proud.

Aubrey’s fondest memories in softball are intertwined with the lifelong friendships she has forged and the countless shared moments with her teammates. These experiences have become an integral part of her softball journey, creating a tapestry of cherished memories that goes beyond the wins and losses on the field.

When asked about her softball idol, Aubrey cites Sis Bates as a source of inspiration. Sis’s impact on the game resonates with Aubrey, shaping her aspirations as she aims to emulate the qualities that make Bates a standout player.

Outside of the softball diamond, Aubrey is equally dedicated to her academic and career pursuits. Her current school goals include maintaining good grades and achieving a high GPA. Looking ahead, she aspires to become a physical therapist, a career path that aligns with her passion for sports and physical well-being.

In the realm of softball, Aubrey’s goals are clear—to enhance her strength, speed, and overall skills. Her ambition includes continuous improvement, laying the foundation for a potential collegiate softball career. Aubrey Police’s journey is one marked by dedication, passion, and a steadfast commitment to both her athletic and academic pursuits, setting the stage for a promising future both on and off the softball field.

What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month.

Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month. To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
