What if we worked together to provide more access and equal opportunities in youth softball for all teams and participants?
We created the Alliance Fastpitch to connect the various regional leagues popping up during COVID and brought them under one umbrella. Our goal was not to disrupt existing regional playing schedules, but to instead bring more value and purpose to the standing tournaments. Thus, a clear way to play for a National Championship was born, along with a clear ‘why’ - the athlete, and a points system that gave qualifying berths to top finishers.
What's included in an Alliance Annual membership?
Membership with the Alliance is more than national tournaments. We provide members with annual access to expert instructors, resources, education, partners, and a community of support. Here’s what included:
LEAGUE DIVISIONS
The Alliance Fastpitch and its nine regional Leagues are expanding into two divisions for balanced competition and enhanced opportunities for recognition. A division must be selected upon renewing or joining as a member.
SUPER DIVISION
CHAMPIONS DIVISION
The Super division encompasses the highest competitive tier for teams aiming for AFCS berths and the Super Cup Series. Teams will maintain regular season schedules with existing tournaments and AFCS Qualifiers on League Schedules. Regional and National Rankings and leaderboards will be specific to the Super Division and its member teams and athletes.
The Champions division offers competitive state and regionally-based teams an opportunity to secure higher-level seeding in AFON and Alliance Regional Championships. Teams will follow existing regional tournament schedules without changes. League-level rankings will be under the Champions Division, separate from the Super Division. Player leaderboards and awards (including Players of the Month) will also be separate, offering more opportunities for regional teams to earn rankings and recognition. Teams in Champions Division are still able to play/qualify through Qualifiers on league schedules.

Athlete Membership
If you're an athlete, there are a few ways you can join the Alliance:
- Through an email invite from your coach's registration
- By joining now and selecting your team from the dropdown (if applicable).
- If your team is not registered yet, join as a "Free Agent" in the team dropdown.
Coach Membership
If you're a coach, register yourself and then invite your players and coaches to join your team!
