Ava Capek is a standout athlete for the Texas Bombers Gold 16U, competing in the prestigious Texas Fastpitch League’s Super division. Graduating in 2028, Ava plays primarily at third base, showcasing her versatility as a capable first baseman as well. With her right-handed bat and powerful throws, she has quickly become a key player for her team, drawing attention from college recruiters.
Ava’s playing style is characterized by her exceptional defensive instincts and impressive range at the hot corner. Her ability to read the game allows her to make advanced plays that often leave her opponents stunned. Offensively, Ava demonstrates a keen plate discipline, consistently finding gaps and driving in runs when it matters most.
